About:240-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Is a 240 hr transit visa on both outward and return leg possible?

If I travel London - Xi'an - Seoul, staying in Xi'an for 5 day on a 240 hr visa
Then can I also get a 240 hr transit visa on the way back via Beijing.
Seoul - Beijing - London, only planning to stay in Seoul one or two nights.
