How do I book a full berth for 4 people

I am travelling in a party of 8 and would like to book at 2 full berths for train travel from Beijing to Xi'an

Usually the tickets are sold randomly can can not choose seat and carriage. But it is still possible to change ticket with other people after boarding. You can try it.
