indian passport holder going for1 day to lowu commercial centre from hong kong and return same day

Dear Sir,me and my wife will be travelling to hong kong for our honeymoon.We are indian passport holders and permanent residents of mumbai.During our stay in hong kong we would like to go to lowu commercial centre for shopping by train.
1.Is visa required for going to luwo for indian passport holders if yes then what type and where we can get in home country before starting our trip or VOA? thank you
