visa for shenzhen area

Question

I tried to apply today for multi entry tourist type's for my family from Australia.  The new rules will only let us receive a 2 entry type. Our itinerary is arriving in Beijing, travelling nearly 2 weeks in China then spending 2 weeks in Hong Kong. all booked and paid. While in Hong Kong we are hoping to make many visits to Shenzhen to spend time with Friends.  Our 2 entry type will only allow one visit.  Will we need to apply for every other day we go over there? Or is it possible to get a multi entry type for the SEZ from Lou Hu?

It is impossible to get a multiple entry type at Luohu Border, Shenzhen. At least, you can try to apply for a VOA at that border and the VOA is a single entry with validity for only 5 days.
