About:Hangzhou Public Bicycle

Can one buy these bicycles they're renting out in Hangzhou?

I really like the one with an extra seat for the kids...

I'm afraid not. I was told that they are only for rental. Anyway, here is the hotline for the public bike rental service in the city:
