renting a car and driver in Xinjiang

I would like to see some natural sights/sites near Urumqi. How far away are they, and how much do you think it would cost to hire a car with a driver? Thanks for any info you can provide. It's hot and humid here in Tianjin, and I HAVE TO GET AWAY from the weather and the crowds. But I don't know a lot of detail about what to do in that part of the country. I just want to enjoy some quiet nature. I will be there 4 days.
