working with Q1 Vis

I get married to a Chinese citizen and I am in China on Q1 visa which we plan to change to resident permit. However I would like to find a job here. Is it legal to work with Q1 visa. Sir please reply by Email: amirrizvi12gmail.com. I am waiting for your early reply. Thanks.
