About:FAQ on China Postal Service

from Departure from outward office of exchange to opening

My parcel was declared as being in departure but then this changed to opening 35minutes later? Im confused I thought opening happened before departure from outward office of exchange

Robo, sometimes the parcels will be rechecked even it passes the customs. That's why your parcel was reopened.
