About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

I am arriving Guangzhou 12/11/14, fly to Beijing. Then for Amsterdam 12.50am on the 14/11/14

Do I need a visa because I am exiting from a different location than arrival even if I'm in China for less than 24 Hours

You mean your total time in China is less than 24 hours, right?
If so, you do not need it.
