Which hotel is best to stay now in HK? I am looking for secure, cheap and convenient one. My higher budget is HK400

For the sake of safety, you can find a suitable hotel near Tsuen Wan metro station, near which the hotels usually cost a little high. If you don't mind changing a little bit of your budget, I recommend you to stay in Panda Hotel nearby. Just search for it online and try to book in advance.
