Can I ask for express shipping refund when my package is still in China after 5 days?

I ordered from China & they said it was shipped on 29th (before the holiday) express delivery. My order was still with DHL in China the morning of the 5th October. Is there anything I can do to complain & atleast get some shipping costs back, as express costed more?

Julie, you can cancel the order if you don't want it. It's possible that your parcel might be delayed because of national day holiday from Oct. 1 to Oct. 7. If you still want to have it, you'd better wait for some time. If it still doesn't arrive before your guarantee period is going to end, then you can ask for a refund.
