About:How to Buy Tickets

when i can collect tickets?

hi, i am planning trip around the china (18.01.2015-8.02.2015 (beijing, xi'an, chengdu,Chongqing,...etc. ), just to be shore that i will get all tickets, i was thinking to buy them online in this website. if i order them next week when i can collect tickets? i'm currently staying in china, so going to ticket office or railway station is no problem.

The ticket in China can only be issued 18 to 20 days within the departure date. Thus if you want to departs on 2015, you can only collect them at the end of Dec or and begin of Jan.

so i can book them in this site now, and collect them in January, or should i book them on January ?

You can book it now. After the payment, they will keep the booking and issue the ticket when it become available. Then you can collect it in Jan at station.
