One Day for Traveling at Beijing?

I Need Advice for one day and what destination i can go?

I would recommend you visit the Forbidden City and Temple of Heaven in a day. If there is time left, go to see the Bird Nest and Water Cube. At night, you can go to Wangfujing pedestrian for simple shopping and having local snacks.
