1. A taxi is absolutely not big enough for you guys. It’s very easy for you to rent a coach in Hong Kong; you can just search online when you arrive or before you arrive. The fee depends on the places you go and how long you rent it. As I know, it would be no less than 600HKD per day for a seven seater one. For hotels, less than 500HKD is impossible, I recommend this one, Sunnyday Hotel. It has branches buth in Tsim Sha Tsui and Mongkok. You can choose one more convenient for you.
2. Both ferry terminals are safe enough to catch a ferry to Macao. You can choose the one close to your hotel. And you are suggested to stay for a night there to fully enjoy the best of Macao.
3. I have no idea of the exact contact of the coach rental service. But a friend of mine rented one for us for the same route last year and it costs CNY700. By the way, we were 4 people. This info is for your reference.
4. Shenzhen Lido Hotel is a good one near the pedestrian. It costs CNY300 or around per night. Apart from this, there is a Seven Days Inn, an economy one nearby, costing no more than CNY200.
5. Sorry I don’t have any contact there.
Good luck!
