hong kong octopus refund

Hi! Our flight back leaving HK is 10 pm, until what time  can we refund the balance of the Octopus card in the Airport? Can we also use the Octopus card to travel using the airport Express? Thanks

The train operates till 00:48 at night and I remember the customer service center where you can get the refund is also close around that time, so you can still make it. And surely, you can take the airport express with the card.
