i am planning to visit the great wall

but unfortunately my vacation was approved on the cold month of February. is it safe or even open for tourist during that month? Safe I mean that I assume there's snow within the walkways will it not be slippery or is there any handrails to hold on to? Thank you.

Merrill, there might be snow on the walkways in Feb. However, I think it is still safe to visit the wall. If you are really scared, you may visit Badaling section. I went there two times and there are handrails on the wall.
