I'll arrive at 18th Oct at Pudong and need to go Holiday Inn Shanghai West Hotel.

May i know what is the easiest way?
Is it follow subway Line2 to Hong Qiao Railway station then switch Taxi is the most easier way?
If all the way by Taxi will stuck in jam?
Any shuttle bus that i can take?
May i know the cost of each?
