About:Chinese Embasy in Jamaica

I am a Jamaican living in Thailand. Do I need a visa to TRANSIT through china (6hrs stopover)?

Since you only stay in China for around 6 hours, you do not need to get a Transit G in advance. If you just stay in the airport, nothing is required. If you want to leave the airport, you can apply for a stay permit to leave the airport with your valid passport.
