About:Marriage Registration in China

requirements for filipino married in china with chinese citizen.

Hi, me and my fiancee who is from china decided to get married in china. Anyone of you guys know how is the process and requirements for the marriage contract. And for the single certificate is it really need to authentication by the department foreign affairs in philippines?

The single certificate needs to be authenticated by your country's Ministry of Foreign Affair and the Chinese embassy in your country.

Then you can take those documents together with your valid passport to China. Then you and your fiancee need to go local Civil Affairs Adminstration to go to register. The documents you need to take are your fiancee's Household register, ID card, single status certificate, your own valid passport, your visa/resident permit for China, your single status certificate.
