As a dual citizen of US and Uruguay, can I use my Uruguay passport to enter China?

I will go to China for business for 7 to 10 days and enter from USA without a visa.

You still need to apply one in advance with you Uruguay.
Since you still need it, you are suggested to use your USA passport to travel in China. It will be more convenient to use your US passport.
