Ref.: RB272028216CN PLEASE check where the package destination Uruguay (UY) is.

I placed the order with the firm by the end of November, 2013 and I still have not received it. Why?

Your parcel left Beijing on Mar.2, 2014. I think you should contact the post office in your area and ask them if your parcel arrives.
