About:China Visa on Arrival

Australian passport, Living in Uruguay

Are Aussie passport holders, currently living in Uruguay, eligible for the on arrival visa when visiting Shanghai for 4 days?

No, you need to apply for a Chinese visa in advance. You can apply from Chinese embassy in Uruguay if you are living there.
