Does a Mongolian E series passport holder need a Chinese visa?

Hello, I am a Mongolian citizen who is living in USA as permanent resident. I am going to have a trip to China (10 days) but I am not sure about that I need a Chinese permit or not.

I have Mongolian E series passport. Do I need it to enter to China and stay there 10 days?
