About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

I am travelling with a United States Travel Document, can I use the 72 hrs free transit?

For the travel document, do you mean the passport?
If it is not the passport, you may not be capable to enjoy the free transit, because only passport is valid at the airport.
For confirming, you are suggested to contact the immigration at the airport for asking.
