Is there any train counter at the terminal of Wuhan Airport?

for booking or collecting tickets that booked in advance?

Yes, the airport has train ticket counter. And you can collect tickets that booked in advance.
It is located at no.15 counter, gate 8, 1st floor of the Arrival Level at T2.
