About:Chinese Clay Figurine Museum

My flight transit at Guangzhou then hotel overnight and back to airport next morning.

I have flight documents/tickets for connecting flights back to UK. On the guide it says 72 hours transit allowed but I have to stay in hotel outside airport and return next morning, do I need a visa?

If you only stay within 72 hours in Guangzhou, it is not needed. You just need to apply for a stay permit to leave the airport and stay in your hotel till the next morning.
