About:How to Collect a Train Ticket

Writing eticket number on a piece of paper accepted?

Rather than print the eticket voucher will train staff accept it from phone or on a piece of paper?

You can only board the train by using paper ticket, thus the e ticket number is not accpetable. You need to collect the ticket first.
