I'm a Mexican citizen currently residing in Mexico, I want to go to China for 2 weeks for business, do I need it or can I just travel to China and do the paperwork there?Thank you for your time

I just want to visit some factories that sell steel pipes, so that I can get prices and then sell them in Mexico. I would need a M type then?
