ticket collection and railway station in Shanghai

I've just booked a ticket from south shanghai to shenzhen.. where can I get the ticket as well.. I live in pudong new district.. which is the nearest station from my compound?

You can collect your ticket at any station in Shanghai. But if you boked the ticket from Shanghai South Railway Station, you can only departs from the Shanghai South Station.
