Can an ex OFW in Hongkong still can go back to Hongkong as tourist?

I was an OFW in Hongkong and juz got back home to Philippines last June 21 because i got terminated and i didn't get new employer due to lack of time. Can i go back to Hongkong being a tourist with the invitation of my friend? A many thanks.
