expected arrival date

Question

Hi. I ordered something from AliExpress and it has been quite sometime now and I have not received it as of yet. When I put the tracking number in all it shows me is a map and it looks to still be in China, which I can not believe. I figured I would have had it by now. Is there a site that I can go to that will give me more information about my shipping other than a map that I can't even tell anything about. I am really getting frustraited with this whole thing. And I will not order from them again because the process takes entirely too long. I am glad that I did not have to have it by a certain time frame. This is not an acceptable time frame for shipping. Can someone help me understand this shipping a little more

Tiffany, you can input your tracking number on the top of this page to track where it is. The tracking results are all written in words. It's easy to figure out where it is.

I do not see anything that asks you for a tracking number at the top of the page. All I see is about tours and transportation and travel. But nothing about tracking a package. Please tell me a bit more information on how to do this! Thank you, Tiffany

Tiffany, you can find China Post Tracking and EMS tracking below your question. You didn't provide your tracking number so that I don't know which you should choose to use. If your tracking number starts with R, you should use China Post Tracking. If it starts with E or L, you should use EMS tracking.

I am going to just put my tracking number on here. If someone will please look it up and tell me what is going on with it, it would be great. And I wanted to know if there is any way to find out the expected arrival date for me to receive it. It has been about 3weeks since I ordered it from AliExpress. So far, it isn't able to predict when you will receive it because there hasn't been new update since September 10. Normally, it takes around a month.

It has already been almost a month. That's what I do not understand. I figured it would take a month for the whole process and receive the items that I ordered within a month. Not stay there for an entire month. Why does the shipping from there take so long. Our shipping you get usually within 3days and that's going across the country. This I do not understand at all. Could someone tell me why it's going to take another month to receive my item. I have already been waiting a month already?

There is no further update after 15 days. Obviously, it is stuck somewhere in Xian. That's why you still don't have it. If you have time, please contact your sender and ask him what's going on.
