Can I enjoy the 72-hour Visa-free Transit?

I am French and here is a part of my itinerary:
Seoul (South Korea) - Beijing : Arrival on 2015-04-14 at 1:30pm with China Southern Airlines
Beijing - Lyon (France) : Departure on 2015-04-17 at 7:25am with Emirates, with a stopover at Dubai (2 hours)

So my itinerary is something like: Seoul - Beijing - Dubai - Lyon
