2 stop overs, so can i enjoy the 72-hour free transit?

Hi,I am looking at booking flights with china southern from amsterdam>chengdu>guangzhou>brisbane.  The flight has a 12 hour stop in chengdu would I be able to get this visa to leave the airport even though my next stop will still be in china?Thanks

The 72-hour free transit policy is not applicable for your situation. How long will you stay in Guangzhou and what is your total transfering time in China?If your total transfering time is no more than 24 hours, you can enjoy the 24-hour free transit. Otherwise, you may need to apply for a transit G for your transfering.
