About:Tomb of Puhaddin

I am a teacher and I want to visit a fellow teacher in Guangzhou, China from Dec 20 to Jan 2.

I have a passport. I want to know what kind of permit do I need to enter. Also, how long will it take for me to get one and the cost. Can I get one in person living in Atlanta, Ga. I will be staying with a fellow teacher friend of mine. Who is teaching in Guangzhou now? Is there a travel agency that would handle booking air fare and processing VISA too?

You can apply for a Tourist L to visit in your friend in Guangzhou. Usually, the processing days are around 4 days and the fare is 140USD per perosn.

Chinese consulate in Huston is the place for applying the Tourist L. BTW, if you want to stay with your friend, an invitation letter from her is needed for your application.

Travel agency can help you to book a flight ticket and sumbit your application documents to the consulate and then send the Tourist L to you.

Thanks for replying. Can you recommend a very good travel agency that specializes in traveling to China for me? Have a great day.
