About:Shanghai Maglev Train Ticket

Longyang road to hotel holiday inn shanghai downtown

Will take the maglev train from PVG to longyang road. How can I get from longyang road to my hotel, hotel holiday inn? This hotel is close to SH railway Station. Which exit should I exit from this station in order to get to my hotel. Also I will land at 1500 local time. Assume It will take me 1 hour to 1 hour to 1 and a half our to get to the maglev train and then 8 mintes to longyang road from PVG. Should I change to metro? I have read that I shouldn't do that with a lot of luggage in my hands as 1500-1700 is peak time. I won't be able to enter the trains. Should I rather take the taxi to to the hotel from longyang road? In that case, how much Should the taxi fare be?

Yes, when you arrive at Longyang Road, you can change the metro line 2 and get off at People’s Square. Then you can transfer to line 1 to the railway station. Afterwards, you can reach your hotel on foot.

Since you’ve mentioned, you will arrive at the airport at 15:30 around, then it’s advisable to take the subway. For getting the luggage and taking the maglev train will not take such long time, when you take the metro, it hasn’t been the peak hours yet. Don’t worry about that.

If take a taxi, it costs about CNY 60.

The exit 3 of the metro station is the closest one.
