After the Yangtze cruise from Chongqing to Yochang, what's the best itenerary for a day tour?

Well, I have a friend who is from UK. He visited Tribe of Three Gorges. He recommended that it was worth a visit. You may find 10-1 bus and take it to the scenic area directly.
