Do Singapore PR need visa to visit China for tour

My wife is a Singapore PR with a Philippino passport. We plan to visit Juizhaikou in China.

Do we need to apply for it?

How long will you stay in China and which country's passport do you have?
If you have a Singapore passport and stay in China for less than 15 days, you can only use your passport to travel in China.

For your wife, she needs to apply a single entry Tourist L since she holds Philippine passport.
