About:Hong Kong Airport Express

Is it ok to check in our bagagge in night time in Hong Kong airport?

where in our schedule of flight is 8am

Yes, it is fine to check in at the airport at night. But I have a better suggestion. The in-town check-in service is eligible for some airlines. You can check ahead if you can use this service. If so, check in at Kowloon station and HK station, whose service is till 00:00 I remember.
