About:Hong Kong Visa Policy

Iranian Passport Holder with L china visa want to go to HK from China

I am currently in China with L (Tourist) type and want to go to HK for one day to apply for Z type of china from there?
Can I apply from HK one from China?

If you only stay for one day in HK, you can only use your valid passport to enter, because Indian people enjoy a 14-day free entry policy.
