About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

where can I obtain the form for 72 hour visa, I am being told that it must be submitted to air china

Cannot find this form and have not heard of any reference to it yet airline wants it 48 hours in advance. thanks

The form for it can be obtained at the immigration in the airport and it does not need to sumbit to the airline company. You just need to tell the airline that you want to enjoy the policy. Upon reaching China, you need to fill an simple form to apply for a stay permit at the airport to leave the airport.
