Hi My husband has got his PU letter but we were told temporarily they don’t issue to the family

Hi My husband has got his PU letter but we were told temporarily they don’t issue to the family/dependent.
Is it true ?? Or any alternative ?

I'm afraid there is no alternative at present. You may try again after your husband has worked in China for a while.
