About:China Student Visa

This mentions that in the near future people with student visa, may be approved to work part time.

When might this be available? And how can an individual find out when this change has gone into effect?

Tash, it already takes effect. If you plan to work part-time during your study, you first should ask permission from your university or school. Then you need go to the local PSB to have an endorsement on your visa.
