About:Guangzhou Metro

I reach Guangzhou at 2110.Which subway lines I can take to get as close to Dongguan as possible?

Which stop should I get off at that I will be able to get a taxi (since by the time I get there it will be close to 2300)? Do I need to go to a hotel to get a cab after exiting the subway? Oh, my Chinese is very, very limited. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated. Thank you all.

May I know your exact location in Dongguan? If it is Wanjiang District, Dongguan, there are direct buses from Baiyun Airport to that area and buses are scheduled from 07:00 to 23:50 every 20-30min, so you can surely take one. The bus fare is CNY54 pe person. If it is Dalang Town, Dongguan, subway and related transfer is not a good choice. You can also take a direct bus to Wanjiang first. Then it is around 40km away. You can take a taxi to reach at the cost of around CNY100.
