Flying through Urumqi, need a Transit Visa

If I were to fly Melbourne --> Guangzhou --> Urumqi --> Almaty, spending no more than 2 hours in either of the airports and without any plans to leave any of the airports in China, will I require a transit G? Urumqi is not on that list, but since I'm not leaving the airport, maybe there might be a different regulation.
