i am a us citizen living in egypt. do i need a permit to visit canton fair in china??

I am a dual citizen of Egypt and the USA currently residing in Egypt. Do US citizens need a Visa to visit China?? Which passport to use for the easiest and fastest way to get one if required??

You need to apply for a F type for attend the meeting. If you have plans to purchase something during the fair, you need to apply for a M type in advance. You are suggested to use your USA passport for applying, which will be much easier to obtain in the end.
