About:China Visa Application Requirements

How to extend S visa in China?

Hello,My spouse recently applied S type on my student X in India.But,he got S type only for a month!So,whats the procedure and required doucements for him to extend it after coming to China!?

Your spouse needs to provide his valid passport, his S type, an application form, an recent taken photo, his Registration Form of Temporary Residence for Visitors and your marriage certificate authenticated by Chinese embassy in your country.

It's been five years now but do you know if the procedure is the same? Also, does the person with the working visa, the one providing family visa, has to be present during the process?

Ashwin, the process is the same. Plus, one with all required documents is enough to be present during the process.
