About:Jinshanling Great Wall

Is there any bus from Mutianyu to Jinshanling Great Wall?

I want to trek from Badaling to Simatai and overnight at the base of each section but I don't know is there any bus from one section to another or how much is cost for a taxi? Where can I deposit my backpack before trekking?

There is no bus between Mutianyu and Jinshanling. If you read the map, you will find that Badaling is far from Mutianyu, Jinshanling and Simatai. It's about 80 kilometers between Badaling and Mutianyu. I am afraid that trekking is impossible. Although Jinshanling and Simatai are connected, it's impossible to trek now because there are guards who prevent tourists hike between these two sections. It costs around CNY 350 by taxi from Badaling to Mutianyu. It's about 135 kilometers from Mutianyu to Jinshanling. It costs more than CNY 400.
