About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

hong kong - beijing - macau

Can I fly out of Hong Kong to Beijing, then fly back into Macau?(I know Hong Kong and Macau are very close in proximity, both are SARs of China, but both have international airports and separate visa systems)

Well, it's ok if you want to make use of 72 hours free transit according to the rules. But I am not pretty sure that if the immigrant officers will agree to give you 72 hours free transit. He might think you take advantage of this policy to avoid applying mainland Chinese visa. Anyway, you may contact Beijing airport to confirm this.
