May I know what your budget is? Anyway, I know the local Jinjiang District (especially Chunxi Road) is regarded as the central area. I happen to know a Royal Pavilion Hotel, at No. 3, Daxisi Road. It is only around 920m to Chunxi Road and the facilities are good there.
