About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit FAQ

flight from melbourne to frankfurt layover in Beijing and technical stop in Shanghai

We have a flight from Melbourne to Frankfurt with a layover in Beijing and a 2 hour technical stop in Shanghai (i don't know if we get of the plane), do we need a special visa or do we apply for the 72 hour transit? We both have luxembourgish passports.

Isabelle, you can't enjoy 72 hours free transit because you stop in two cities (Beijing and Shanghai).
